WARNING!

The Polytechnic has not engaged any external agencies to undertake student admissions on its behalf. Applicants who apply through agents will not have any added advantage in gaining admission and the Polytechnic reserves the right to reject such applications if they are found to be characterized by fraud.

UPDATE ON ADMISSION EXERCISE

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FOR 2017/2018 ACADEMIC SESSION

Information concerning the 2017/2018 Admission Exercise for NEW STUDENTS shall be published soon.

RETURNING (OLD) STUDENTS

Meanwhile, all returning (old) students for the 2016/2017 academic session who are yet to complete their Pending Online Application (POA) are required to follow the guidelines below to enable them complete the exercise.

This process MUST be completed by all outstanding returning (old) students before they can complete the online registration exercise for the 2016/2017 academic session.

• Affected returning (old) students are required to print their outstanding Application Fee Invoice of ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) only. (See 'Important Notes' section below)

• They are to proceed to any bank nationwide and present their application fee invoice for payment via the bank’s eBillsPay® Platform and collect their ‘eBillsPay® Transaction Receipts’. NB: All fees paid are non-refundable.

• They are to return online (after 24 Hours) at www.pnrsportal.benpolyonline.edu.ng to validate their payments; generate their ‘Application PINs’; and complete their outstanding online applications.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Click APPLICATION FEE INVOICE 01 for ND, NDS, HND, DIPLOMA or CERTIFICATE programme to print invoice for application fee payment if you are affected to start the process towards completing your online registration.

2. Click ADMISSION ACCEPTANCE FEE INVOICE 02 for ND, NDS, HND, DIPLOMA or CERTIFICATE programme to print invoice for admission acceptance fee payment if you are affected to enable you print your admission letter.

3. All affected students are required to present their respective  'Invoice Printouts' to the Teller (Counter Cashier) for payment at any bank nationwide that receives payments on the NIBSS-eBillsPay® platform.

4. Affected students MUST collect their eBillsPay® Transaction Receipts and duly endorsed Customer-Copy Tellers from the bank.

5. Affected students MUST be ‘Exact’ and made through the banks’ NIBSS-eBillsPay® platform. DO NOT Underpay or Overpay your fee! Click here to see ALL exact fee payments that are required.

6. All Fees paid are non-refundable.
